I came from Turkey and I live in Istanbul. Istanbul is a big city in Turkey. and every year population increase a lot. so I think in next 10 years, Istanbul will have lots of long apartments. and I think they will build new bridges for transport.
every year lots of student emigrate to Istanbul for university education. then anybody don't want to come back in their city. Generally, they rent a house. but find a rent house is become difficult. so their taxes are become expensive. if you buy a house in Istanbul, you would have much more benefit. if this event continue like this, Istanbul will be most expensive city in Turkey.
